Be Well Fit, L.L.C., operating under the Fein Collective brand (“Fein,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit feincollective.com (the “Site”), submit an inquiry, communicate with us about a potential or existing business relationship, or otherwise interact with us in a business context covered by this Notice.
This Notice does not govern information processed under a separate property agreement, resident-service notice, waiver, booking term, employment or contractor notice, or another notice presented at collection. If another notice applies to a particular interaction, that notice controls for that interaction.
1. Who controls your information

2. Information we collect
Inquiry information. When you submit a partnership or contact inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, organization, property or project, market, and the information you include in your message.
Business relationship information. We may collect your professional title, employer or organization, business contact details, meeting notes, correspondence, proposal history, service interests, and information needed to manage a prospective or existing client, property, vendor, or partner relationship.
Information from professional or public sources. We may receive business contact information from referrals, property websites, professional directories, business networking platforms, events, press releases, or other lawful public or professional sources. We use this information for relevant business development and relationship management, subject to applicable law and opt-out rights.
Site and device information. Our hosting and security providers may process information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, and security or anti-abuse signals. Framer’s built-in analytics provides aggregated metrics such as page views, traffic sources, approximate country, and device type without using analytics cookies or persistent identifiers.
Information you choose to provide. We may collect other information you voluntarily send by email, telephone, meeting, or other direct communication.
DO NOT SUBMIT SENSITIVE INFORMATION: Do not use the Site’s inquiry forms to send health or medical information, payment-card or bank information, government identification numbers, account passwords, information about children, or other sensitive personal information. Resident wellness information, waivers, and payments must be collected only through the approved service platform and the notice presented there.
3. How and why we use personal information
Responding and relationship management. To respond to inquiries; assess fit; schedule conversations; prepare proposals; communicate about services; and manage prospective, current, and former business relationships.
Operating the Site. To deliver content, maintain functionality, understand aggregated Site performance, troubleshoot errors, secure the Site, prevent spam or abuse, and improve usability.
Business administration. To maintain records, manage vendors and professional advisers, protect our rights, enforce agreements, support transactions, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
Relevant business communications. To send service or relationship communications and, where permitted, occasional information relevant to your professional role. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. We will not interpret a partnership inquiry as consent to unrelated consumer marketing.
We do not use Site inquiry information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice:
Service providers. Providers that host and secure the Site, process forms, provide business email and productivity services, store records, support communications, or perform other services for us. Current Site providers include Framer for website hosting and analytics, Formspark for inquiry-form processing, and Google Workspace for business email and productivity.
Professional advisers. Attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, consultants, and other advisers bound by professional or contractual duties.
Property, client, or business counterparties. A relevant property team, client, partner, or counterparty when you ask us to coordinate with them or when disclosure is reasonably necessary for the business relationship and lawful.
Legal and safety recipients. Courts, regulators, law enforcement, government authorities, or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or misuse.
Corporate transaction recipients. Potential or actual buyers, investors, lenders, or advisers in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
5. No sale, targeted advertising, or significant profiling
We do not sell personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, process Site inquiry information for targeted advertising, or use it to profile individuals in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
If these practices change, we will update this Notice and provide any legally required disclosure or opt-out mechanism before the change applies.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Site currently uses Framer’s built-in analytics, which Framer describes as cookie-free and not based on persistent identifiers. Framer may nevertheless process limited technical and security information as our service provider to host, protect, and deliver the Site. We do not currently use advertising cookies or pixels on the Site.
If we later add non-essential cookies, pixels, embedded media, or third-party analytics that require consent, we will provide appropriate controls and update this Notice or publish a Cookie Notice before those technologies are activated where required.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, subject to legal, contractual, accounting, insurance, dispute, and security requirements. Our standard periods are:
Unsuccessful or inactive inquiries: up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction.
Client, property, vendor, and partner records: for the relationship and generally up to seven years afterward, or longer when required by contract, law, insurance, tax, or a legal hold.
Site security and operational logs: generally up to 12 months unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, security incidents, or legal claims.
Privacy request records: generally 24 months after completion to document compliance and prevent fraudulent requests.
Backups may retain information for a limited additional period until overwritten through normal backup cycles. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include access controls, encrypted transmission where supported, service-provider review, and limiting access to persons with a business need.
No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International processing
We are based in the United States. Our providers and business operations may process information in the United States, Ireland, and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. For example, Formspark states that form-related information is stored in Ireland.
Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual protections or other lawful safeguards for restricted international transfers. You may contact us to request information about applicable safeguards.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law and legal exceptions, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; access or obtain a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; delete information; and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or significant profiling.
We do not currently engage in sale, targeted advertising, or significant profiling as described above.
To exercise an applicable right, email info@feincollective.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe your request and the state in which you reside. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority.
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will review the appeal and explain the outcome. Where applicable, you may also submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
11. Additional U.S. state disclosures
For U.S. state privacy laws that apply to our activities, the categories of personal information we may have collected in the preceding 12 months are identifiers and contact information; professional or employment-related information; Internet or other electronic activity and security information; approximate location derived from IP address; and communications or other content you choose to provide.
We collect these categories from you, your organization, referrals, professional or public sources, and our service providers. We use and disclose them for the business purposes described in Sections 3 and 4. We have not sold these categories or shared them for cross-context behavioral advertising.
12. Children
The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Site from anyone under 13, and the inquiry forms are intended for adults acting in a professional capacity.
If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. Third-party sites and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this one. A link does not mean that we control or endorse a third party’s privacy practices.
14. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Notice to reflect changes in our practices, technology, providers, or legal requirements. We will post the revised Notice on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
